Benjamin Eder

Benjamin Eder has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Benjamin is currently serving as the Teamlead Social Media at Online Birds GmbH | Hotel Marketing Solutions since April 2021. Prior to this, Benjamin was the Founder and Operator of Gastrobenni.de from February 2013 onwards. Benjamin also worked at Accor as the Head of Digital, F&B&E from May 2019 to April 2021, and as a Senior Manager Social Marketing & Communications at AccorHotels Deutschland GmbH from October 2017 to April 2019. Benjamin's previous roles include being a Social Media Ambassador & Blogger Relations CE at AccorHotels Germany GmbH from May 2016 to September 2017. Before joining Accor, they held various positions at Novotel München Airport from February 2011 to April 2016, including F&B Manager, F&B Operations Manager, and Assistant F&B Operations Manager. Benjamin also gained experience as a Restaurant Supervisor at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München from October 2009 to September 2010, and as a Restaurant Manager at A-ROSA Kitzbühel from May 2009 to September 2009. Benjamin started their career at Rocco Forte The Charles Hotel as an In Room Dining Manager from July 2008 to March 2009, and as a Chief Steward from September 2007 to June 2008. Benjamin's professional journey began at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where they worked as a Commis- / Demichef de Rang from August 2005 to September 2007.

Benjamin Eder attended Quadriga Hochschule from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Social Media Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Hotel Seehof Wessling and earned a degree in Hotelfachmann. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin also obtained a certification in Social Media Management from the Deutsche Presseakademie.
