As a member of the Executive Team, Flavio leads the Strategy team responsible for the development and execution of OES’ long-term strategic agenda and priorities to support its growth ambitions.

Prior to his current role, Flavio has had a successful international career spanning more than 18 years developing and implementing growth and operational strategies across top-tier management consulting and large corporates and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) and an M.B.A.
