Francis Flores

Francis Flores is a seasoned professional in technology-enhanced learning with extensive experience in various educational roles. Currently serving as Lead Learning Designer at Online Education Services since February 2017, Francis is dedicated to improving student experiences and wellbeing through innovative digital learning strategies. Prior roles include Lead Digital Learning Specialist and Digital Learning Specialist, focusing on user engagement and interactive online education. Earlier experience includes positions at The Salvation Army Employment Plus, where Francis contributed as Marketing and Communications Manager and Instructional Designer, and previous roles at Monash University and BBI – The Australian Institute of Theological Education. Francis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney and a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Macquarie University, along with a Certificate IV in Training Assessment and Education.
