Gavin Fleer

Gavin Fleer leads a high-energy team responsible for the growth of OES’s newly formed employability arm. His sharp focus on the graduate outcomes and ensuring students are attractive to employers enables OES to deliver strong commercial outcomes for the partners in a competitive and highly regulated industry.

Gavin has an outstanding record of drawing new partners to OES while providing value-driven service to existing partners. He is also a leader in OES’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Prior to joining OES, Gavin practised commercial law and gained critical experience managing education partnerships and international growth at SEEK.
