Heather Russell oversees a wide portfolio of key courses as Program Director, combining these with a range of student support and retention initiatives. With an empathetic and reflective approach, Heather ensures courses are translated effectively online, aligning with the principles of online pedagogical design.

Heather draws upon almost 30 years of experience in business and education. Prior to OES, she helped deliver undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Swinburne University of Technology. She brings a nuanced business leadership perspective to her role, having run a successful consultancy for ten years, specialising in business and HR strategy, leadership, team dynamics, executive coaching and development.
