Hollie Schultz has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Hollie started in 2010 as a Veterans Affairs Work Study at The University of Florida, where they counseled and certified educational benefits for veterans. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing intern at EMILY's List, managing their monthly giving program and analyzing donation results. Hollie also served as a Deputy campaign manager for Yvonne Hinson-Rawls for Gainesville City Commission, assisting with research, volunteer coordination, and campaign activities.

In 2012, Hollie worked as an Account Associate at Mammen Group, Inc., where they developed political persuasion mail programs and managed budgets for federal races. Hollie then joined the Democratic National Committee in 2013 as a State Party Victory Fund Coordinator, planning and managing a multimillion-dollar fundraising direct mail program.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Registrar at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, processing registrations for workshops and conferences, collaborating with the accounting department, and managing the meetings database.

Starting in 2014, Hollie joined the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), initially serving as a Meetings Registrar, responsible for creating and maintaining registration processes for conferences. Hollie later became an Institutional Advancement Specialist, establishing relationships with professionals in development and convening chief development officers within academic medicine. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Constituent Engagement Specialist at AAMC, focusing on government relations and institutional advancement.

In 2019, they joined the Physician Assistant Education Association as a Program Manager for Educational Programming. Hollie'sresponsibilities included managing educational programs and grants. In the same year, they also started working at the Online News Association as a Program Manager for Awards and Grant-Making. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Awards and Community Resources at the Online News Association, overseeing awards and community initiatives.

Hollie Schultz obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Florida and earned a Master of Arts degree in Political Campaigning from 2010 to 2012.
