Lena le

Lena Le has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Lena started their career at Sunshine in 2004 as a Receptionist, where they managed credit card transactions, handled cash flow, and provided customer service over the phone. In 2006, they joined RF America IDS as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and addressing customer service issues. In 2015, Lena started working at Online Trading Academy as a Content Management Administrator, where they coordinated product training, assisted in design and printing, and managed student evaluations. Lena later became a Content Production Manager, responsible for creating course materials, managing an Interactive Video Platform, and collaborating with different departments. Lena also worked as an Education Resource, recruiting and managing instructors. Their most recent role was in 2020, where they managed instructor competency and scheduling.

Lena Le holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from DeVry University, which they completed in 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate Program in Project Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, starting in 2020.
