International Keynote Speaker (on Consumer Psychology, Persuasion, CRO & Digital Growth) at Online Dialogue

Bart Schutz has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Bart is currently the co-founder and owner of Online Dialogue, a CRO agency focused on digital growth and optimizing online dialogues. Bart has been with the company since its inception in 2009. In addition to their role at Online Dialogue, they are also an international keynote speaker on consumer psychology, persuasion, CRO, and digital growth.

From 2015, Bart has held multiple roles at the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP), including Chairman of the Social & Economic Psychology section. In this position, they aim to promote the use of psychological knowledge and ensure interventions are ethically and beneficially oriented.

In 2014, Bart co-founded Team Croco, a CRO agency and digital experiment development agency. Bart was instrumental in achieving exponential growth for the company's clients through high-velocity experimentation. Bart's role at Team Croco ended in May 2020.

Bart also served as a member of the Task Force "Internet & Psychology" at the EFPA from 2016 to 2018. The task force focused on assessing the psychological implications of the internet and influencing policies and initiatives at the EU level.

Additionally, Bart has experience as a lecturer at the EURIB/European Institute for Brand Management, where they shared their knowledge of consumer psychology and its practical application.

Before their current roles, Bart worked as a new media consultant, focusing on online strategy, conversion optimization, and interim management. Bart has also held positions at Jungle Minds as an interim internet consultant, strategist, and project manager, and at MetrixLab B.V. as an online marketing consultant.

Bart's career began as a usability specialist at Interview-NSS before they went on to start their own website usability firm, Ixperience, which later merged with MetrixLab.

Bart Schutz's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Economy from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 1991 to 1992. Bart also pursued further studies at Tilburg University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Drs. degree specializing in Behavioral economics, consumer psychology, and economic psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Bart Schutz obtained a certification called "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" from Coursera in May 2013.
