Julian Kjær Kristensen's work experience begins in 2006 at Silvan, where they started as a vareopfylder (product replenisher) and later became a lagerassistent (warehouse assistant), responsible for various tasks such as replenishing products, receiving goods, ordering transportation, and quality control.

In 2013, they had an eight-month internship as a Marketing Coordinator/Customer Service at the European Bartender School's EBS Matchstaff job database, as part of their study for an AP degree in Commerce Management (Sales/Marketing).

After the internship, Julian held various positions at the European Bartender School. Julian served as an Event Manager in Kos, organizing events and activities, managing social media channels, and handling payments and partnerships. As the Hostel Manager at EBS Sydney Hostel in Newtown, Australia, they managed daily operations, trained staff, and oversaw marketing efforts.

Later, Julian took on the role of Social Media Marketing Manager at Phuket, European Bartender School, where they were responsible for organizing events, creating marketing content, managing social media channels, and coordinating with the EBS Head Office. During this time, EBS Phuket won "Social School of the Year-2015" at the EBS convention.

In 2016, they became the General Manager at Phuket, European Bartender School, overseeing the certified 4-week International Bartender Course and ensuring the smooth operation of the school.

In 2021, Julian joined Foneday Group as an Account Manager/Partnership Agent, working for one of Europe's fastest-growing wholesalers of spare parts for smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Currently, they are working at OnLogic as a Sales Manager - Manufacturing Reps, responsible for managing the relationship with the Pan-European representative company, ISMOsys. Julian sets sales targets, develops strategies, and implements plans to achieve sales goals.

Julian Kjær Kristensen's education history includes an AP degree in Commerce Management from Ea Dania in Randers, which they pursued from 2012 to 2014. The field of study for this degree was Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General. Before that, from 2007 to 2010, Julian attended Silkeborg Handelsskole, where they studied Afsætning og Marketing. Along with their educational background, Julian also obtained a certification as a Certified Sales Counselor from Wilson Learning in October 2021.
