Kenneth Nance (Kip)

Kenneth "Kip" Nance is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Grand Strand area of South Carolina and the Brunswick beaches of North Carolina. Currently serving as Realtor and Broker In Charge at Only Way Realty Carolina since May 2010, Nance provides full-service brokerage solutions. Previous roles include positions as a realtor and field referral agent with My Green Parachute and as a member of the local board of Realtors through CCAR. Nance has also worked with Century 21 Carolina and SC Beach Real Estate, specializing in servicing buyers and sellers across the Carolinas. Educationally, Nance holds an Associate degree in Computer Information Management from Ashworth College and an Associate degree in Business from Southeastern Community.
