Heidi Friedman

Heidi Friedman is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at ONO PHARMA USA, Inc. since February 2021. Previously, Friedman held various key positions at Mount Holyoke College, including Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Human Resources, where significant contributions were made to enhance the institution's HR functions. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of HR at Boston Heart Diagnostics, where Friedman played a pivotal role in building the HR function and shaping organizational culture. Additionally, Friedman worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Medical Sales Management and as Director of HR at National Medical Care/Fresenius Medical Care, overseeing HR strategies for a large workforce. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Cambridge College and a Bachelor’s degree in Management/Sociology from Simmons University. Friedman is also a Certified Employee Engagement Specialist.
