Thomas Settle

Thomas Settle has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Thomas is the current Consultant and COO-For-Rent, starting in January 2023. Before that, they were the President of Onovative since May 2021. Prior to Onovative, they worked at Main Street, Inc. where they held the positions of CTO/CIO from August 2019 and Chief Operating Officer from January 2015 to August 2019. Thomas was also the Director of Operations and Sustainability at Lifeline Children's Services from January 2013 to September 2014. Thomas began their career at Mspark, where they held various roles, including CIO/VP from August 1996 to November 2004, President from December 2004 to January 2012, and various roles from January 2012 to September 2012. Thomas is skilled in leading teams, overseeing growth, and implementing internal systems.

Thomas Settle attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Thomas then pursued further education at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1990, earning a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
