Julie M. Betts

Julie M. Betts has a long and successful career in Learning and Development. Julie M. began their career in 2007 at Pitney Bowes, Inc., where they served as an Area Development Manager. In this role, they conducted performance consulting, content delivery, and business liaison to coordinate learning service solutions for sales staff. Julie M. also managed daily inquiries and large-scale projects under frequently-changing deadlines. In 2010, they joined NCR Corporation, where they served in various roles, including Executive Director of Global Sales Enablement, Enterprise Learning & University Recruiting Leader, Director of Global Learning Business Partners, and Global Learning Strategic Business Partner (Retail/T&T/IPS). In 2020, they joined Secureworks as Senior Director Global Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement. In this role, they assembled and led a 14-member global learning and development organization that enabled the employee experience journey to run the entire talent lifecycle, beginning in the pre-hire phase. In 2022, they will join OnPay as Vice President of Learning and Development.

Julie M. Betts obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science and Technology Studies from Michigan State University between 1997 and 2001. In 2013, they received a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the NCR Corporation. In 2005, they became a DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International.
