Kaysha Duffy began their work experience in 2010 as a Mentor/Youth Intern at Committed Partners for Youth/Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lane County. In 2011, they served as a Program Coordinator/Match Support Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lane County. Kaysha then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Credit Concepts Inc from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Development Associate/Office Specialist at the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business. Kaysha joined Pacific Continental Bank in 2013 as a Client Service Specialist, and later held roles as a Client Service Assistant and a Relationship Banking Assistant. In 2017, they became a Client Experience Specialist at KIMSA Total Wealth. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Columbia Bank, initially as a Marketing Events Coordinator and later as a Marketing Community Programs Manager. Currently, Kaysha is employed as a DEI Practitioner at OnPoint Community Credit Union, starting in August 2021.

Kaysha Duffy received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Oregon from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from eCornell in March 2022.
