Sarai Jaimes is the current Human Resources Director at OnPoint. Sarai has held this position since May of 2016 and their responsibilities include providing strategic human resources leadership across the company's locations in the U.S. and LATAM, ensuring talent practices are globalized and implementing innovative and consistent global processes and programs that allow to attract, retain, and develop employees.

Jaimes has successfully managed a merger/acquisition of approximately 30 employees in the West Coast, supported organizational change and structure realignment based on new company objectives, and spearheaded a model research and transfer to a new payroll, benefits, and HRIS platform model that better aligns with the needs and financial goals of the company. Additionally, they have worked closely with the executive team to identify and address challenges, define strategies, and provide strategic HR support; led recruitment efforts and handled all employment changes (promotions, transfers, terminations); coordinated and supported leadership training for key individuals in the organization; built a feedback program and worked closely with managers to ensure continued support for them as well as their team members; ensured proper Company set up for payroll in terms of withholdings and filing of taxes, and unemployment compensation, according to specific State's regulations and requirements; worked closely with Accounting on payroll processing and benefits reconciliation; handled local and international independent contractor hiring process and invoicing schedule; provided counsel and HR support throughout the organization; and worked on employee engagement.

After completing their undergraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Florida International University - College of Business, Sarai Jaimes pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management at Millennia Atlantic University. Sarai then completed their Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the same school.

They work with Chris Jalil - Managing Editor, Brent Levison - Chief Accounting Officer, and Bob Bellack - CFO. Their manager is Burton Katz, CEO.
