Sol Serrón Cáceres

Sol Serrón Cáceres has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sol started their career at Education USA as a Pasante in 2013. Then, in 2016, they joined OnPoint as a Community Manager and Internal Communication Specialist. Over time, they took on additional responsibilities and became the sole person in charge of internal communication for the office. In 2019, they transitioned into a Project Manager role at OnPoint. Currently, they hold the position of People and Culture Ops, which they started in August 2020.

Sol Serrón Cáceres obtained a Licenciatura degree in Comunicación empresarial from Universidad ORT Uruguay, which was completed between 2014 and 2018. In 2020, Sol pursued a Diploma in Coaching at Newfield Network, and in 2019, attended Casa Gestalt to earn a Gestalt Coach certification in Human Resources Development. Additionally, Sol attended Senpai Academy in 2017 to specialize in Social Media Strategy within the field of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Sol also studied at Escuela Superior de Informática from 2011 to 2013, but no degree or field of study was specified. Lastly, in 2020 and 2021, Sol returned to Newfield Network to pursue a Coach Ontológico degree in Coaching.
