Mark Oldani

Mark Oldani has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Mark is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at OnProcess Technology. Prior to joining OnProcess Technology, Mark worked as a Growth, Acceleration & Transformation Consultant at Growth, Acceleration & Transformation Consulting, where they provided consultative business support to startup and mid-market companies. Mark also served as the Vice President, Global Contact Centers at SmileDirectClub. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at One Park Financial, responsible for the operation and growth of a financial technology company. Mark has also worked at Sitel as the Senior Vice President - Sales & Account Management and Senior Vice President, Global Sales Operations. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at Central Parking System, Simplex Healthcare, Circuit City, Dell, and AT&T. Overall, Mark has a strong background in operations, sales, and strategic planning, and has contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Mark Oldani received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame in 1988. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating in 1999.
