John Owen

John Owen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John started their career at United Parcel Service in 1988, where they served as a Major Account Manager and Preload Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing major accounts, conducting market analysis, and optimizing delivery routes.

After their tenure at UPS, Owen joined OfficeMax as a Director of Consortiums/National Account Manager/District Sales Manager/Business Development Manager. John oversaw consortiums and group purchasing organizations, negotiated contracts, and acted as an international liaison.

Owen then moved on to Telamon in 2007, where they served as VP of BPO Sales. John was responsible for the startup of a new division focused on business process and IT outsourcing. John handled P&L management, training, marketing initiatives, and strategic market penetration.

In 2010, Owen joined DECA Financial Services, LLC as the Director of Client Development. Their responsibilities included managing client relationships, sales training, marketing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Returning to Telamon in 2014, Owen resumed their role as VP of BPO Sales. John once again played a key role in division startup, handled P&L management, and developed sales strategies.

Owen then joined Windham Professionals Inc. in 2017 as VP of Sales. John specialized in revenue management and customer care solutions, utilizing data-driven analytics and 35 years of experience to improve financial performance and customer experience.

Most recently, Owen joined OnProcess Technology in 2018 and has since held various leadership positions. John currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, leading the new logo sales team and driving new revenue into the organization.
