Shivam Pandey

Shivam Pandey currently serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Growth & Partnerships at Onramp Money since July 2025. Prior to this role, Shivam held the position of Associate Director at TransFi, where responsibilities included building a global payments infrastructure with over 50 bank and PSP partnerships, thereby expanding reach to more than 70 countries and 250 local payment methods. Previous experiences include serving as Senior Manager of Growth and Partnerships at Brick&Bolt, Product Manager at Ninjacart, and Associate Product Manager at Ninjacart, where Shivam designed and scaled a Buy Now Pay Later solution for retailers in agricultural markets. Early career roles include internships at Tata 1mg and the University of Washington, as well as a leadership position as General Secretary at Gopali Youth Welfare Society, where Shivam managed a team of over 160 members and a budget exceeding ₹15M to enhance educational access for underprivileged students. Shivam holds a dual B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed in 2022.
