Christopher Reed

Christopher Reed has extensive work experience in project management, lean six sigma process improvement, and team leadership across various industries since 1990. Christopher currently works as a St. Project Manager at Ontada since September 2022 and previously as a Project Manager for Outcomes Research. Before joining Ontada, they worked as a Regional Lean Leader at Valence Surface Technologies from January to November 2016. Christopher has also worked at Baker Hughes as a Manager Process Improvement, North America from July 2014 to November 2015, Sr. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at McKesson from October 2011 to July 2014, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Quest Diagnostics from October 2009 to August 2011, and Manager Continuous Improvement, Team Leader, and Sr. Project Manager - Operations Analysis at Union Pacific Railroad from 1990 to 2009. Their roles involved leading cross-functional teams in process improvement projects applying lean six sigma tools, mentoring and coaching Green Belts, managing teams responsible for billing services, customer service, and train operations, as well as delivering supply chain requirements to customers and managing budgets ranging from $7MM to $50MM.

Christopher Reed received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology between the years 1985 and 1989.
