Acquisition Integration Program Manager at Ontada

Lon Blumenthal's work experience begins in 1999 as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where they developed sourcing strategies and reengineered requisition to pay processes. Lon then worked as a Global IT Program Director and Project Manager at Johnson Controls, leading international teams and implementing IT services for a global energy client.

After that, Blumenthal joined Maine Pointe as a Consulting Services Project Manager, where they analyzed spend and implemented new tools for client projects. Lon then moved on to Resources Global as a Consulting Services Project Director, leading large-scale sourcing and procurement initiatives and delivering significant savings for clients.

Blumenthal later worked at Walgreens as a Senior Project Manager, implementing a cloud-based HR system across their stores. Lon then joined Nike as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing the planning and delivery of technology infrastructure for domestic and international retail stores.

At Provation, Blumenthal served as an Acquisition Integration Program Manager, leading an acquisition project for a medical software firm across multiple workstreams. Most recently, they joined Ontada as an Acquisition Integration Program Manager, where they are currently working.

Lon Blumenthal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Lon also holds an MBA from the University of New Haven. In addition to their degrees, Lon has obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in August 2020, and as a Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
