Morgan Dennis

Morgan Dennis has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career as a Marketing Intern at Boston Communications Group, Inc. in 2001 and continued in that role until 2004. They also served as a Technical Writing Intern at the same company for a brief period in 2005.

In 2006, Morgan joined AuthorHouse as a Content Evaluator before moving on to Purdue University, where they worked as part of the Usability Team for the Online Writing Lab from 2006 to 2009.

From 2008 to 2015, Morgan worked at IBM as an Information Developer. Their responsibilities included creating technical documentation.

In 2015, Morgan joined Allscripts as a Senior Technical Writer and continued in that role until 2016. After leaving Allscripts, they joined Duke University Health System as a Communications Specialist - Technical Writer from 2016 to 2018.

Following their time at Duke University Health System, Morgan worked for McKesson Specialty Health as a Lead, Clinical Engagement Strategist from 2018 to 2020.

Currently, Morgan is employed at Ontada, where they have held various roles. They started as Lead, Clinical Engagement Strategist from 2020 to 2021, then became Lead Clinical Programs Analyst from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Internal Strategy and Communications.

Morgan Dennis holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition (Professional Writing) from Purdue University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned an M.A. in Professional Writing and Editing from West Virginia University, from 2003 to 2005. Morgan's undergraduate studies were completed at Assumption University, where they obtained a B.A. in English (Management) from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their academic degrees, Morgan has obtained several certifications. They earned the title of "OKR Champion" from Outcome Mindset Advocate in May 2021 and achieved the status of "OKR Expert" as a Certified Coach for OKRs, alignment, and measurement in July 2020. Morgan also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, obtained in 2018. Lastly, they have an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
