Taira Kiyota

Taira Kiyota is a Senior Research Scientist at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, with a career that began in September 2012 and includes extensive experience in in-vitro ADME screening assays. Previously, Taira Kiyota held roles as an Associate Chemist and Research Scientist at the same institution, focusing on various metabolic assays. Taira Kiyota also served as a Senior Research Scientist I at Pfizer/Wyeth Research from May 2005 to June 2012, specializing in the structure elucidation and characterization of small molecules using advanced LCMS and GCMS techniques. Earlier experience includes a position as a Visiting Fellow/Research Associate at the National Research Council's Biotechnology Research Institute, where Taira Kiyota managed a mass spectrometry laboratory. Taira Kiyota earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Fukuoka University between 1996 and 1999.
