Director and Executive Management

The Director and Executive Management team at the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) plays a pivotal role in steering the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring its objectives align with the interests of Ontario's medical profession. This team oversees key departments including human resources, health policy, physician engagement, procurement, people and culture, and communications. They work collaboratively to shape health-care policies, enhance operational efficiencies, foster physician leadership, and support the association’s mission to promote and develop health-care services across the province.
