The Human Resources and Labor Relations team at the Ontario Nurses' Association focuses on supporting and advocating for its members by managing labor relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements. The team works to enhance professional practice standards, promote anti-racism and anti-oppression initiatives, and provide guidance on health and safety matters, fostering a positive work environment for nurses and allied health professionals across the province.
