Kush Gidda

Kush Gidda is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security leadership across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Director of Cyber and IT Security at Ontario Power Generation since April 2024, Kush previously held the position of Director of Application Security at Zynga, leading global security initiatives for over 300 mobile games and enhancing cloud security strategies. Prior roles include Director of Enterprise Security Architecture at CGI, where responsibility encompassed hybrid multi-cloud security, and Senior Manager of Information Security Response at Bell, where Kush established a multi-site incident response team and a cloud security program. Kush's career began at Nortel Networks, contributing to various roles from Senior Security Engineer to Software Engineer, specializing in cybersecurity, software development, and compliance across multiple industries. Kush holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Carleton University.
