Callan Scott

Callan Scott currently serves as the Director of Real Estate at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since January 2024, after holding the position of Principal in the same division. Prior to this role, Callan Scott worked at Cadillac Fairview from January 2019 to December 2023, starting as an Investment Analyst and advancing to Investment Associate and eventually Investment Associate Director. Callan's earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at National Bank Financial in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and as a Senior Associate in Deal Advisory - Transaction Services at KPMG Canada, where advisory work included significant acquisitions by OTPP and CPPIB. Additionally, Callan Scott began a career at KPMG Canada as a Staff Accountant, specializing in Real Estate Audit Practice, and has a Bachelor's degree in Management & Organizational Studies with Honors Specialization in Accounting from Western University, earned in 2014.
