Vanessa Mariga

Vanessa Mariga is an experienced professional in content strategy and user experience, currently serving as Manager of UX Content Strategy at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since March 2012. In this role, Vanessa has co-created a UX Centre of Excellence, developed an omnichannel content strategy, and established frameworks for team engagement and training. Prior to this position, Vanessa held various roles, including Communications Specialist, Associate Editor at Canadian Underwriter, Editor at The Ontario Broker, and Assistant Editor at OHS Canada. Vanessa's educational background includes a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from Humber College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
