Anne-Catherine Massagé

Anne-Catherine Massagé has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources. Anne-Catherine currently works at Ontex as the VP of Corporate Talent Management. Prior to this role, they held positions such as VP of Talent Acquisition & HRBP Healthcare and HR Director Healthcare at Ontex. Before joining Ontex, Anne-Catherine worked as an HR Manager EMEA at Nu Skin Enterprises and Director of Industrial Relations at Levi Strauss & Co. Anne-Catherine also took a career sabbatical in 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at UCB Pharma as a Senior Director of Human Resources in both the International Major Markets and Emerging Markets divisions. Anne-Catherine also held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources for the Europe Region I at UCB Pharma. Before that, they worked at DHL as an Industrial Relations & Communications Manager and at Umicore NV as a Personnel Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Anne-Catherine began their career as a Counsel Labor Law at Burlion Bolle Houben.

Anne-Catherine Massagé obtained a degree in management (IAG) from Université catholique de Louvain, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they studied law at KU Leuven from 1986 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as cyber resilience, talent management, and creating a high performance culture from various institutions including Phished and LinkedIn.
