Jonathan Rolly

Jonathan Rolly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan most recently served as the Continuous Improvement & Process Engineering Lead at Ontex, where their main focus was on sustaining and optimizing daily process flows through coaching and motivation. Prior to that, they held the role of Continuous Improvement Officer at Ontex for a year. Jonathan also worked as a Change Agent at Ontex for a year. Additionally, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Aeriez, where they held the position for nearly two years. Jonathan also worked at Securex as an Expert Team Entrepreneurs Integrity for a brief period. Before that, they were the Founder & Technical Architect at Kolibrie. Software Solutions, where they developed software to support retail managers. Jonathan's earlier experience includes working as a Tooling Expert at Verstraete in mould labels, where they were involved in design, adjustment, and automation of production processes. Jonathan also worked as a Begeleider at Dvc De Triangel.

Jonathan Rolly attended Vspw from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Begeleider binnen jeugd en gehandicaptenzorg. Jonathan also studied Orthopedagogie at Vspw from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Virgo sapientiae instituut from 1999 to 2005, focusing on Economie/Wiskunde 6u. In 2005, they briefly studied Industriële productietechnieken at Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent. In terms of additional certifications, Jonathan has obtained training in conflict resolution, Microsoft PowerApps, software architecture, and Python automation from LinkedIn. Jonathan has also completed courses in vertical climbing, first aid, Heidenhain CNC programming, and Siemens NX essentials from various institutions.
