Peter De Cock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Peter started their career at Proximus in 1997, where they held various positions including Planning, Mobility & Employability Process Manager, Senior HR Account Manager, Strategic HR Policy Manager, International HR Operations Manager, and International HR Business Partner. At Proximus, they were responsible for strategic HR policy, talent management, performance management, union negotiations, and more.

In 2015, Peter De Cock joined Ontex as a Group Talent Manager, where they focused on talent acquisition and development. Peter later became the Group Talent Director, overseeing talent management across the organization. Peter then served as the Vice-President for Talent Management & HR Business Partner Europe before assuming their current role as the VP HR Commercial Divisions.

Throughout their career, Peter De Cock has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, compensation and benefits management, and HR business transformation.

Peter De Cock attended Vlerick Business School from 2010 to 2011, where they completed the Corporate Middle Management Program. In 2008, they studied M&A at Mercer for one year. In 2006, they pursued Diversity management at Marcus Evans. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2004, they obtained a Masterclass degree in HR Masterclass from Vlerick Business School. Additionally, they possess a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci.
