Samantha Clark has worked in various customer service roles since 2009. In 2016, they began working as a Customer Experience Manager at OnTheClock - Employee Time Clock. In this role, they developed and implemented customer on boarding processes through email and phone calls which increased customer sign ups. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at John Graham, Inc. as a Social Media Manager, Property Manager, and Offer Negotiations. During this time, they consistently updated social media channels to optimize interactive content, managed all social media advertising campaigns, monitored ad statistics, and coordinated and maintained a photograph gallery of available real estate. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator at El Charro Restaurant, where they presented quality customer service and performed tasks in a fast paced environment.

Samantha Clark has completed two Associate's degrees from Macomb Community College, an Associate of General Studies and an Associate's degree in General Studies.
