Palakh Bedi

Palakh Bedi started their work experience as a Trainee at PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. in 2009. Palakh then worked as a Sr. HR Executive at GETIT Infoservices (P) Ltd from 2010 to 2012. After that, they served as a Manager HR & Operations at Terra Group from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Carbiqi as a Sr. Manager HR and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an HR Business Partner at CarDekho. Currently, they are an Associate Director - People at Ontic starting from March 2022.

Palakh Bedi completed their Senior Secondary education in the Science Stream at St. Mary's School in 2004. Palakh then pursued a PGDM (HR) degree with a focus on Human Resource & Marketing at Apeejay School from 2008 to 2010. Palakh Bedi also obtained additional certifications in Change Management Foundations and Employee Engagement from LinkedIn in 2018.
