Rahul Kishor has extensive work experience in the field of semiconductor manufacturing and metrology solutions. Rahul started their career at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of applications for monitoring and configuring automation control system products.
Rahul then joined Nanyang Technological University as a Master's student and later as a PhD student, specializing in optical and acoustic sensors and actuators design for microfluidic applications. Rahul'sresearch focused on the design and application of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) devices in microfluidic devices and biosensors.
After completing their studies, Rahul worked at Onto Innovation (formerly Nanometrics) as an Applications Scientist, providing metrology solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. Rahul developed OCD models for various semiconductor products, including 3D NAND flash memory and logic FinFET. Rahul's technical expertise includes optical metrology (Ellipsometry technique), X-ray CD metrology, and machine learning-based solutions.

Rahul Kishor pursued their education starting in 2003, when they enrolled at NSS College of Engineering, University of Calicut. Rahul completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication in 2007. After that, in 2011, Rahul joined Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where they obtained their Master of Engineering degree in Integrated Circuit Design in 2012. Building upon their master's degree, Rahul then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sensors and Actuators for Biomedical Applications at the same university from 2013 to 2017.
