Gal Noy

Gal Noy has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2008, they worked as a Personal Tutor at Geha Mental Health Center. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a career as a TV Production Manager as a Freelancer. In 2011, they became a General Manager at Yafo Tel Aviv Restaurant and held the position until 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2016, they served as a General Manager at Taizu Restaurant. From 2017 to 2019, they held the role of CEO at Taizu Group, where they managed a team of 10 managers and 200 employees. In 2019, they transitioned to Kensington Cyprus Property as a Project Manager, where they focused on operational management and establishing measurement processes. In 2020, they co-founded Eat, a platform aimed at improving the restaurant industry. In 2021, Gal Noy became the Chief Executive Officer of Selas by chef Or Ginsberg. Currently, they are working in a Business Development position at Ontopo.

Gal Noy received a B.A in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, between 2007 and 2009. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Gal obtained an M.A. in Organizational Consulting & Development with a major in Strategic Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
