Katie McCarthy Lord, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Katie currently serves as the Vice President of Program Analytics and Outcomes at Ontrak Health, where they provide leadership and accountability for the performance and direction of the program analytics and outcomes business unit. Katie'sresponsibilities include integrating new prospect data, conducting data normalization, and ensuring the quality control of customer data.

Prior to their current role, they held the position of Senior Director of Customer Analytics and Outcomes at Ontrak Health. During their tenure, they developed the foundation and strategic direction of the customer analytics and outcomes team and created a monthly pulse report to monitor over 50 key performance indicators at the customer level. Katie also executed a remediation plan for the savings reconciliation methodology to address customer concerns and capture accurate savings data.

Before joining Ontrak Health, Katie worked as an Independent Consultant, where they provided services such as creating channel and billing strategies for medical device and behavior change companies. Katie also developed value propositions and business cases for technology companies to strengthen their sales presentations to health insurance companies.

Earlier in their career, Katie held various positions within Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Katie served as the Senior Director of Business Consultation, overseeing a team of analytic consultants and providing strategic leadership to achieve business objectives. Katie also managed self-insured customers as a Director of Business Consultation and provided analytic support to care management programs as an Informatics Director. In addition, they led teams in providing analytical support for care management programs and evaluating performance guarantees as a Medical Economics Manager and Senior Consultant.

Katie's work experience also includes roles at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Physician Organization, where they served as a Contract Finance Manager and Senior/Utilization Analyst, respectively.
