Heather Holmes is a seasoned professional in account operations management with extensive experience spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Account Operations Manager at Onward Brands since August 2021, Heather previously held similar roles at Incipio Group and Incase, specializing in vendor managed inventory, strategic planning, and global product launches. With a foundation in account coordination at Nestlé and a background as a Sales Operations Specialist, Heather has developed strong skills in customer relationship management, supply chain logistics, and operational efficiency. Heather holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, as well as in Social and Behavioral Studies from Riverside City College, and furthered education at California State University San Marcos.
