Melanie Adkins grew up in a small town in Northern Arizona and graduated from Northern Arizona University. After graduating she came to the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix ) and took a position as a mortgage professional. Melanie believes in the value of home ownership. She is very passionate about her customers and loves to be part of their journey to homeownership. She has a very down to earth logical approach and demeanor throughout the process with her customers. Melanie has over 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry. In addition, she has extensive experience with first time homebuyers, FHA, VA, Conventional, Corporate relocations. She has a well -rounded background as she has worn several hats over the years. She has been on the operations side, sales side as well as management, and leadership teams. Thus, she has a very good understanding of all aspects of the mortgage industry and what it takes for a successful loan package. She is committed to an excellent customer experience. She has worked for 3 of the largest national builders, on the mortgage side. She has a proven track record with high volume and excellent customer service.
