Alex Cole

Alex Cole joined Onward Investors in 2022 as an analyst on the investment team. His primary responsibilities are underwriting new acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in the due diligence process.

Prior to joining Onward, Alex was an analyst in the portfolio/asset management department at Northmarq, where he oversaw a portfolio of 120+ multifamily real estate loans. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Augsburg University with a B.A. in Management.
