Jeff Wenngatz

As Director of Development and Acquisitions with Onward Investors, Jeff identifies investment opportunities within the firm’s target markets. Combining his experience in development and acquisitions with a unique ability to build strong relationships and an entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff is an asset to the organization.

Before joining the Onward Investors team, Jeff was a founding partner of 45 North Group, a commercial real estate firm focused on construction project management, renewable energy consulting and development in the industrial, office and retail sectors. In addition, Jeff’s real estate experience includes real estate consulting with Cresa Minneapolis and with Robert Muir Company.
