Manikandan Murugan has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. MANIKANDAN is currently working as a Project Lead at Onward Technologies Limited since December 2021. Previously, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at AUTOMOTIVE ROBOTICS ENGINEERING SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED from January 2018 to April 2022, where their responsibilities included designing and developing material handling equipment and creating 3D and 2D technical drawings. MANIKANDAN also worked as a Design Engineer at Caterpillar India Private Limited from September 2014 to November 2017, where they designed lifting tackles, fixtures, and assembly tools for heavy machinery components. In addition, they have experience as a Quality Trainee Engineer at Elcomacs India pct Ltd in July to September 2014, where they were responsible for monitoring, testing, and inspecting components for quality assurance.

Manikandan Murugan completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Professional Course in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician at ASA Polytechnic College, Tenkasi.
