Shawn Lamb, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shawn is currently working as a Business Development Manager at ONYX Insight. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of COO of US Operations at Danish Wind Power Academy - Passion. People. Purpose, where they were responsible for key account interaction and growth within the North American market. Shawn also managed the US office in Denver, CO for DWPA's global business.

Before their role at DWPA, Shawn served as CEO of US Operations at Danish Wind Power Academy Americas, where they oversaw the operation of the US division. Shawn played a crucial role in establishing DWPA as the premier independent industry-training organization in the wind-turbine industry.

Shawn's experience in the renewable energy sector also includes their role as a Program Director of Wind Energy Technology at Ecotech Institute, where they developed the curriculum and managed the programs. Shawn also worked as a Field Services Training Manager at Nordex U.S.A., where they set up technical and operative training for Nordex USA's service and commissioning staff.

Before transitioning into the wind energy industry, Shawn worked at General Electric as a Lead Training Instructor, teaching classes on wind turbine generators.
