Juliana Pigozzi

Juliana Pigozzi has a diverse range of work experience. Juliana is currently working at Onze as the Operations Director since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Operations and Strategy Manager at Mavenoid from January 2022 to November 2022.

From December 2018 to December 2020, Juliana worked at QuintoAndar as an Operations Manager. In this role, they played a key role in the conception and development of the Selected Properties Category, as well as enhancing the platform and online marketing campaigns to increase liquidity. Juliana also led squad initiatives and delivered end-to-end solutions through marketing, product development, and process enhancements.

Before their position at QuintoAndar, they served as an Operations Coordinator, managing three teams and being responsible for the overall journey of tenants and landlords during the rental period. Additionally, they led two different squads focused on scaling operations and increasing the conversion of qualified landlords to published properties.

Juliana also has experience working at oáz as a Supply Chain Coordinator and a Commercial and Supply Chain Analyst. In these roles, they analyzed commercial indicators, replenished physical and online stores, and designed operational processes for multiple stores.

In 2014, Juliana worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant at EY, where they developed and implemented logistics, sales, and marketing processes for a tobacco company. Juliana also played an active role in consulting projects related to supply chain issues in consumer goods companies.

Early in their career, Juliana interned at ILOS - Instituto de Logística e Supply Chain.

Juliana Pigozzi's education history began in 2010 when they enrolled at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Juliana completed their studies there in 2014 and obtained an Engineer's degree. In 2015, they attended the Business Training Company where they completed a General Business Program with a focus on Negócios. In 2021, Juliana attended INSEAD and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
