Claire Radbourne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Claire began their career in 2011 as the National President of the Australasian Association of Campus Activities, where they successfully organized Australia's largest band competition. In 2009, they joined Victoria University as the Orientation & Major Events Coordinator and later served as a Student Complaints Advisor.

In 2015, Claire joined oOh! Media as a Commercial Manager, Study, overseeing the management of the Study network across more than 110 university and TAFE campuses. Claire then became the Commercial Manager at Locate by oOh!, leading the integration of two multimillion-dollar businesses and spearheading the development of the company's first Customer Experience (CX) team based on extensive research.

From 2018 to 2023, Claire held the position of Director, CX oOh!media, where they had a crucial role in establishing deep relationships with national and international clients, focusing on long-term business partnerships and brand evangelism. Claire led a diverse team to deliver best practice CX across all oOh product networks.

In 2020, Claire founded TheXword, an award-winning CX Startup. Through this venture, they utilized their multinational business expertise to provide insights and support to small and medium-sized enterprises through training, workshops, speaking engagements, coaching, and consulting.

Following that, they pursued an Advanced Diploma of Business with a focus on Legal Practice from Victoria University, completing it in 2008. Claire then went on to earn a Bachelor of Law degree from Victoria University, graduating in 2011.

Continuing their educational journey, Claire enrolled at Griffith University and pursued a Masters degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from 2011 to 2013. This educational experience further broadened their knowledge in the field.
