Holly Gerard

Group Director - Delivery Excellence at oOh!media

Holly Gerard has extensive experience in various roles within the media industry. Holly started their career in Radio 2UE as an Account Manager before moving on to Create Business Solutions where they worked as a Director. Holly then joined DMG Radio Australia as a Direct Sales Manager and later became an Agency Sales Manager. Holly then worked at Southern Cross Austereo, first as a Project Manager and then as an Agency Sales Manager. Holly achieved significant success in this role, securing key contracts and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships. Holly then joined Adshel as the Head of Revenue Management & Media Operations, leading several business units and serving as a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Chair. After the acquisition of Adshel by oOh!, Holly became the Group Director - Delivery Excellence, responsible for driving the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of six business units. Holly also played a key role in organizational SteerCo's for technology transformation. Holly brings a wealth of experience in revenue management, sales, and operations to their current role.

Holly Gerard completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at UNSW from 1992 to 1999. Holly then pursued further education at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management from 2005 to 2011. Holly'sfield of study during their graduate diploma included Managing Change, Managing People & Organisations.
