Shawn Heidel

Shawn Heidel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shawn currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Ookla, a role they assumed in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Ookla starting from September 2019. Shawn also held the position of EVP Sales and Support at Ookla, which they began in February 2016.

With previous experience at Amazon, Shawn served as the Leader, I18N Mechanisms from September 2015 to February 2016. Before that, they were the Sr. Program Manager - Global Talent Acquisition at Amazon from May 2013 to September 2015.

Shawn's career in Amazon began at Amazon Web Services, where they worked as the Manager - AWS Support PMO from July 2009 to May 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Technical Program Manager - Merchant Services at Amazon.com from May 2006 to July 2009.

Before joining Amazon, Shawn gained experience at Speakeasy, where they served as the Support and Sales Leader from November 2001 to April 2006.

Shawn Heidel attended Arizona State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
