Roey Yaniv

Roey Yaniv has a significant amount of work experience in the technology industry. Roey co-founded oolo in 2019 and served as the CTO, overseeing the development of an AI-powered solution for monitoring and investigating ad-revenue performance. Prior to this, they co-founded Carambola in 2012 and held the position of CTO until 2019. Carambola focused on creating new revenue streams for publishers while enhancing user experience. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Roey worked at AOL from 2006 to 2012. Roey started as a Software Engineer and eventually became the Software Infrastructures Team Manager, leading a team of engineers in the development of real-time data systems and software infrastructures. Prior to AOL, Roey worked at Elad Software Systems as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing web-based applications for government and private clients. Roey worked on project management, development, and client support for various web projects.

Roey Yaniv attended Ostrovski High School, although the precise start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, Roey pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2000 to 2004.
