Brittany Jones

Brittany Jones, MBA, currently serves as the HR Business Partner & HR Programs Lead at Ooma, Inc., since June 2024. Previously, Brittany held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner: Sales at Rippling from October 2023 to June 2024. Brittany's extensive HR experience includes serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Intercom from June 2021 to August 2023, with responsibilities across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales Operations. Prior to Intercom, Brittany was a Human Resources Business Partner at Target from April 2014 to June 2021, where significant achievements included enhancing team engagement and implementing effective talent management strategies. Earlier career highlights include managing Boathouse Sushi as General Manager from October 2009 to April 2014, where initiatives led to substantial sales growth. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Human Resource Management Certification from Sonoma State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona.
