Ricky Sutton

Ricky Sutton is the current CEO of Oovvuu, a position they have held since August 2014. Prior to their current role, Sutton served as the Head of Video and video on demand at Fairfax Media from December 2009 to August 2014. Ricky has also held positions at Microsoft, News Corp Australia, and News UK. Ricky began their career in journalism in 1990 as a news reporter for Express and Echo before becoming the Deputy News Editor for The South Wales Echo in 1992. In 1995, they became a News Reporter for The Sunday Mirror and then transitioned to News Editor and Head of Digital at News UK in 1997. Ricky Sutton has been instrumental in the growth of digital media and video content over the past two decades. Under their leadership, Oovvuu has become one of the most popular video content providers in the world.

Ricky Sutton's educational career began with a City and Guilds in English, Communication Studies, and Journalism from the National Council for the Training of Journalists in Hastings, UK. Ricky then went on to study Law and Government at the same school.
