João Marcos

João Marcos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. João began their career as an intern at Cpn - Chapas Perfuradas Do Nordeste, where they developed a new website for the company using PHP and WordPress. João also gained experience in computer repair.

Later, at Confederação Brasileira de Futsal - CBFS, they worked as a Junior Software Developer, providing support for systems used by associated federations and programming new functionalities using ASP, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySql.

At Odonto System, they worked as a Trainee, supporting legacy systems, building new systems, and gaining experience in manual testing using C#.

João'srole as a Backend Developer at Mob Telecom involved developing a new web application for mapping the optical fiber network. João worked with AngularJS, Laravel, MySql, Google Maps API, and Codeigniter to build modules that shared a common data source.

Currently, João is employed at oowlish as a Senior Backend Developer, where they began as a PHP developer working on a pet wellness plan project. João faced the challenge of rewriting the software from scratch using Python and successfully completed the project. João continues to write Python code on a daily basis as the system continues to grow.

João Marcos completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Centro Universitário Estácio do Ceará from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2021.
